I was supposed 2 post this after came back but very busy (ok, Mag. I know u gonna say "yea, rite!" hahaha) so only posting it now.. hehe
Was there on 30th August 2008.. think we reached there at about 12:00pm. So after settling in, i went down 2 take tis photo...

It's a nice place tho... so we went 2 have a rest in d room b4 starting our 'adventure'

We went visiting d Orang Utan Island. Gotto take a boat there n Ethan was actually enjoying himself during d ride

saw a lot of Orang Utan there ... big and small

n the naughty

Then we went over to the Eco Park... more animals... like the Peacock Deer n one specie call Bear Cat n more monkeys
see d 2 monkeys at d balcony? one hanging on d railing n another hiding between d wall n railing.. hahahahaha

And it's a long weekend ahead hahahaha... So what U gonna do for tis long holiday? Go on a holiday? Going on a shopping spree? or just staying home n b a "sleepy piggy"? hahahaha

Coming Monday is the Wesak Day... n it's gonna b so crowded in the Buddhist temples around here where devotees go to pray.

Do I Get To Rest On Labour Day?

I was happily eating my dinner last nite when Yvonne's niece asked

YY: Yee-Zang (meaning uncle) wat is Labour Day har?
Me: Err... Labour Day is duh holiday for working people
YY: Then hor... do I hv 2 go 2 school ar on Labour Day?
Me: Yea... of cos... U not working mar. Labour Day is only for working people only. So U gotto go school
YY: Cheh.... no fun wan like dat. Why I hv 2 go 2 school on dat day?
Me: U see... Labour Day is duh holiday for working people... Are U working now?
YY: No
Me: Yea lor... U r schooling now, so not ur holiday. Rite?
YY: (nodding her head) Yea...

hahaha ... so me giggling n continue eating while poor YY sitting there thinking (deeply) on tis Labour Day holiday thingy hahahah

Then suddenly

YY: Yee-Zang... If Labour Day is for working people, then my teachers will not come to my school lor on dat day. Then why we need 2 go school? No teacher wor...

hahahaha... Clever Girl hahahaha

I Went To The Strawferry Land

Oh…. it’s Monday again.

After the long 3-day Merdeka holiday at Cameron Highland, now it’s back to work again…
Ok. Ok… Knowing that it’s gonna be a long, looooonnng day to go, let’s me tell you what I’ve done up there at the Strawferry Land like I’ve posted.

Driving up the Strawferry Land was quite pretty ok bcos I’ve taken the Simpang Pulai exit instead of the Tapah exit (the old road). Despite a slight traffic jam, we reached the Strawferry Land slightly after 10a.m.

Driving passed the flowers and tea plantations was enough to make you feel refreshed again after all the hustle and bustle of the city life…
Instantly it makes you forget about the pressure, difficulty in the city and you’ve traveled into another land where you are who you are. You do not need to pretend to be the Mr. GM, Ms. CEO, Mr. Executive bcos you do not need to wear a “mask” in this Strawferry Land… Just be yourself and enjoy the sight, the cool weather, food and especially the fruits.

p.s. psst…all the above will need some imaginations to be added to it. Cheers ;p

Chiang Mai, here I come………

Got this last minute notice from my Project Administrator (psst.. btw, she’s my boss’ sexy-tary.. hehehe) that I am also being invited to the Cards Integration and Project Team Building meeting in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

So I have to fly to Chiang Mai on the 23rd July 2007 morning, and go through the torture of the full-day meeting and team building session until the 26th July 2007….

Gonna Spend Merdeka Day In Cameron Highland

What have you planned to do during this Merdeka weekend?

Going to the Merdeka Square to watch the parade?

Go clubbing? Going overseas for vacation?

Not me… I am going to spend this Merdeka holiday eating strawberries up in Cameron Highland.
Not a tea lover though… Anyway, will still go and try their nice aromatic tea there.

Ok… Ok… For those of you(s) who have to ‘rot’ at home, let me suggest you bring your friends, girl/boyfriends, mother/father, wife, mistress, children and whole lot more to join the gang in the Merdeka Square and celebrate our 50th Merdeka Day.
