33 Weeks Pregnant

At approximately 4 pounds 5 ounce and measuring about 40 cm from crown to rump, our little baby will may have rhythmic movements across mummy's belly. Many a time Yvonne and I are so ecstatic to see out little baby moving and stretching in mummy's tummy

Mummy take note. Your good night sleep might be awaken by a sudden leg cramps. So remember, EXERCISE. Get out and get yourself a short walk and this will help eliminate the irritating cramps that disturb your good beauty sleep

And one more thing is that when you are lying down, keep your legs a bit elevated. Increase your calcium intake will also help. Another important thing to note is not to stand at the same position for too long a period.

Our gynae said that our baby has assumed his position. Usually practitioner will feel your belly and tell you about your baby's "presentation". Babies will generally settle into a head-down position (cephalic position) during this time.

Babies usually assume a head-down position sometime before the 36th week, some may do it even later. If you currently have a baby in the breech position, you can try this exercise to encourage your baby to rotate. Lie on your back and prop your buttocks 9 to 12 inches off the floor with firm, supportive pillows, or a sturdy slant board. Do this exercise for twenty minutes, two to three times a day. It is best done in loose clothing and with a (relatively) empty stomach.
